In her June 26 session, “What is your Social ROI?”, she will join Jessica Hodges, Marketing Manager, New York International Auto Show to share case studies that help assign value and meaning to the number of “likes” an event gets on Facebook, retweets on Twitter, and impressions collected across social media. The discussion will address how social media value has gone way beyond fans, friends and followers into deep understanding of engagement.
