Jennifer Johnson, Director of Strategy, and Jennifer Jones, Director of Communications, joined their client, Dennis Sadler, Deputy Executive Director of Operations for the National Association of Secondary School Principals, to present on the revolutionary approach to supporting association initiatives at ASAE’s 2015 Annual Meeting & Exhibition. The presentation, entitled “Culture Shift: A New Organizational Model” was selected for the event through a competitive, peer-reviewed process and will be featured in an upcoming issue of ASAE’s Associations Now magazine.

Beginning in July 2014, NASSP partnered with mdg to provide full-service, turn-key support for all of its marketing, communications and public relations functions. The partnership, led by Jennifer Johnson, out of mdg’s Reston office, has resulted in resounding success, which was presented to a full room of association executives at the conference held in Detroit, Michigan in August.  In just the first year, attendance at NASSP’s conference is up 26 percent, and membership acquisition in two student programs, the National Elementary Honor Society and the National Association of Student Councils, are up 30 percent and 15 percent, respectively. These quantifiable results, along with mdg’s work completing a full rebranding of the association, along with its two flagship magazines, creates a solid foundation on which future successes are sure to be built.
