SAN DIEGO, CA. Hanley Wood Exhibitions tapped Marketing Design Group (MDG) to create the marketing campaign for the newly co-located SURFACES 2010 and StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas to be held January 25-27 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Hanley Wood Exhibitions issued an RFP for an experienced marketing and advertising agency who would provide a high level of commitment to help accomplish its ambitious marketing goals for the co-location. “MDG was selected not only because it is the leading agency in the country specializing in tradeshow promotions, but also because of its success in leveraging co-locations to increase attendance from industries hard hit by the economy,” stated Denise Paccione, MDG president. “Hanley Wood Exhibitions was also impressed by MDG’s expertise in creating targeted messaging that brings new attendee segments to established events.”

SURFACES is the leading event for the floor coverings industry and one of the top 50 largest events in the country.  StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas is also the leading event in its category.
