On October 17-18, 2011, prominent brand managers, thought leaders, and technology innovators came together at the Pivot Conference in New York City to explore the role the Social Consumer plays in the future of marketing and business. Brian Solis, who produced and hosted the event, did not disappoint with a conference agenda filled with rich, unique content and provocative thought leadership.
