mdg translated its desire to show up for the event community into action with an initiative to help get tradeshow, conference and meeting professionals back to work. The agency’s writers, editors and graphic designers are reviewing up to 20 resumes per month for professionals in the association and/or event space, providing proofreading, copyediting and design recommendations at no charge. The agency also teamed up with Ellen Law, a professional (for-profit) resume coach, who can provide additional services for those needing more assistance. Interested job seekers can email their resumes (in an editable format) to Amie Cangelosi at amie@mdg.agency. The program will run through July 2020 and requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
