Rich has spent his entire career in media and communications, starting in radio, television and print before transitioning into the digital world. As director of web strategy, Rich unites all the parts of our process: Research and Discovery, Strategy, Design, Development, Optimization, and Maintenance. He works closely with our team of account strategists and specialists to create digital experiences that connect users with organizational goals. Away from mdg, he can (sometimes) be found hiking or adventuring with his daughter and their crazy border collie rescue, Lucky Dog; exploring a bookstore; building things made of wood; grilling the perfect steak; or writing about himself in the third person.
