Allyson has extensive experience in the accounting field, having worked with 30+ companies in multiple industries as a consulting accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree and award for outstanding academic achievement in economics and accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also holds a California Single Subject Mathematics Credential that allows her to bring a unique approach to her collaboration and management style. She brings her positive energy, passion for numbers, commitment and discernment to the mdg accounting team. When she’s not in the office, you can find her enjoying the North Carolina scenery with her husband, exercising, trying new restaurants, playing pickleball or at a festival.

Ben started at mdg as an intern while studying at the University of Virginia. After graduation, he gained experience working in the nonprofit space before finding that his true passion lies in communications — raising awareness and showcasing clients’ work and progress. He then joined mdg full time, where he works on both the client and agency side, keeping our widespread mdg family connected. Outside of the office, you can find him at the movies, the gym or a museum.

Even at the tender age of 8, Caitlin could read the writing on the wall: Lemonade’s heyday had come and gone. Thus, she began her marketing career as sole proprietor of the only fresh grapefruit juice stand in the neighborhood. Thanks to the use of innovative thinking, a clear competitive differentiator and a keen understanding of her audience, she enjoyed the sweet (or in this case, sour) taste of success for the first time. In the intervening years, she’s used the same recipe to market conferences and trade shows within a wide range of industries, including healthcare, renewable energy, media, technology and luxury goods. Now armed with two Master of Business Administration degrees in marketing and international business, Caitlin’s tools may be more sophisticated, but her goal is the same: to help clients create and seize opportunities based on market conditions and stand out in a world of sameness.

After earning a degree in international business and completing a graduate program at an FTSE100 company, Craig decided to build something of his own and launched Tag Digital from the ground up. Over the years, he’s worn nearly every hat — from admin to web design to HR — as the company has grown and then joined the mdg family. When he’s not working, he’s at rugby, soccer, dancing or swimming practices for his three kids. Any spare time left over is spent playing golf or barbecuing.

A traveler at heart, she spent nine years growing up in Malaysia and has visited 17 countries (and counting).

Jacquelyn joined mdg in 2007 as a member of the account services team. She’s since earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and has been instrumental in driving and managing the agency’s exponential growth. In her current role, she consults directly for and leads teams serving event clients in myriad industries, from food and beverage to technology, healthcare and more. Specifically, she has developed campaigns to acquire, engage and retain attendees for clients such as the International Baking Industry Exposition, AUVSI XPONENTIAL and World of Concrete. Jacquelyn has lived, studied and worked overseas.

She’s a CEM faculty member, a Krakoff Leaders Institute alumna, the editor of mdg’s marketing newsletter, a presenter of industry seminars on strategic marketing planning and, most importantly, an integral collaborator for several prominent association and event clients across in the country. She’s also a mom, runner, reader and lover of east coast cities and west coast beaches. She’s known to eat lunch at her desk as early as 9:15 a.m.

When she’s not working, Paula’s usually reading in a coffee shop, planning her next trip, dancing or painting.

A marketing strategist with 25 years of experience, Anjia leads the international marketing practice for mdg. She and her team of multilingual event professionals perform market research to rank and prioritize countries based on factors such as likeliness to attend, growth potential and overall value to exhibitors. Once priorities are established, the team negotiates strategic partnerships with in-market industry influencers, recruits buyer delegations, internationalizes marketing collateral, participates in foreign trade events, executes digital campaigns, manages media relations and provides additional services to increase international participation at B2B events. Over the course of her career, she has worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of State, living and working in Brazil, Kuwait, Egypt, Belgium and Sri Lanka.
