WHAT WE DID
mdg created an in-depth strategic analysis for the International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailer (IPCPR) that incorporated detailed industry research, interviews with key stakeholders and analysis of competitive positioning. Using the findings from the strategic analysis, the agency presented detailed brand strategy recommendations, a new name and logo, style guide and targeted messaging planks. Each deliverable was specifically designed to assist PCA in positioning itself as an inclusive voice for the premium tobacco industry, expanding its position to encompass and support all premium tobacco products and stakeholders, reinforcing its commitment to the broader community and strengthening its stature as an industry advocate.
